This is another kettlebell DVD by the grip master John Brookfield. This one focuses on strengthening the grip & wrists (a must for many sports) using kettlebells. I wouldn't say the form was 100%, but the ideas might be of use to many of you.
John isn't a great technician, but he is one crazy-strong guy who could probably crush your head if he ahd a mind to!
